Do we have a nursery?
Yes. The nursery is opens just before the 9:30 Sunday school classes and closes just after the 10:30 worship service.
Do we have Sunday school for the kids?
Yes. Sunday school classes are held for several age ranges. Classes begin at 9:30.
Can I take Communion at Emmanuel?
Anyone baptized in the Christian faith, no matter the denomination, is invited to partake at God's table. You do not need to be a member of Emmanuel to receive communion with us.
How do I follow and understand the worship service?
Services follow the Book of Common Prayer, found in the pew back. For convenience, our services each Sunday are printed in a program
which details the entire service (including when to kneel).
How do I become a member at Emmanuel Episcopal Church?
If you are already a member of another Episcopal church, you can transfer your membership to Emmanuel. If you are not currently a member of the Episcopal faith, or any faith for that matter, you can be baptized or confirmed or received by a visiting bishop. Confirmation classes are held during the 9:30 am Sunday Christian Education hour beginning several weeks prior to a planned visit by the bishop. Ask.
